You are eligible to apply to CIES if you have completed high school or its equivalent and are at least 18 years old.

TRANSFER STUDENTS:
If you are transferring from another school in the United States, please fill out our transfer form (see link below) and send this along with your application.

2. Include a Letter of Financial Support. This letter, preferably from a U.S. or international bank, must indicate that money is available to support you during your studies at CIES. The letter must demonstrate at least $6,500 per semester (four months) will be available to you.

3. Include a copy of high school or equivalent diploma.

4. Attach a U.S. or international bank order for $75 (U.S. currency). Make a check or money order payable to CIES. This is a non-refundable application fee.

5. Mail the completed application form, letter of financial support, copy of diploma, and check for application fee to CIES via airmail.

6. If you are admitted, you will receive an acceptance letter and the Form I-20, along with other information about the program within a few weeks.

If you wish to have your I-20 Form sent to you by Express Mail (DHL, FedEX, UPS) please remember to include an extra $35.00.

You may send money for your Application Fee and/or Express Mail Fee by bank check (in US Dollars), credit card (call Peggy Gary at 850-644-4797) or money order.

CIES CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA WESTERN UNION. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY TO CIES VIA WESTERN UNION.

Fee Liability and Refund Policy

• Application Fee: The $75 application fee is nonrefundable.
• The Tuition Fee is due by the first day of classes. ***All payments are final and nonrefundable.
• All payments must be made by check, money order, credit card or wire transfer. No cash payments will be accepted.
• Payments that are made in excess of the current tuition fee will be applied to future sessions. These payments are non-refundable.

Student Health Insurance  

• All students attending CIES are required to carry health and accident insurance. This insurance must be valid within the United States.
